  1. What warranty can I get from Sasa Furniture products ?
    We will give two choices compensation for damage products supplied with an evidence of damaged products complaint form returned to us.
    a. We will credit you the amount of items, or
    b. We will send you a replacement.
    All damages must be notified to us within 48 hours of receiving order. It will be easier if you can supply a picture on your complaint for claim.
  2. What are the irregularities in texture and finish tone I have noticed on my furniture ?
    Nature marks each tree with its own character, creating the markings and patterns seen in wood solids. Each type of wood has its own distinct characteristics and presents different challenges to our expert to finish as our standard.
  3. What finish does Sasa Furniture uses for its products ?
    The most important in finishing furniture is to appear the wood grain to be naturally shown, therefore we use NC as it can bring the wood as natural as possible.
  4. Can I order my furniture in a different finish than shown?
    Yes, it is possible to order furniture with different color as our usual and standard color as shown on our finishes. Therefore we do need a sample of board with specific color requested to avoid any mismatch. Please contact us for further assistance.
  5. What are my options when I order upholstered furniture?
    You can select from fabrics and leathers as shown when you order upholstered furniture. Alternatively, you are welcome to provide your own fabric and put a special note on order form. In determining how many yards of upholstery you will need to provide to us, please tell us detail fabric condition (ie. width, repeat and if it is a railroaded pattern). We will be able to cross-reference this information with the dimensions of your ordered furniture piece and confirm how much upholstery you will need to provide.
